The Outlook duplicate email remover software provides a number of defined time-range, such as 'Last Day', 'Last 2 days', Last 30 days, last year, 'Anytime' etc. And finds out the duplicate mails, falling within the selected range. .How to remove duplicate e-mails in Outlook 2016 on MAC? There are solutions for Outlook 2003,2007,2010, but not for Outlook 2016, I`m ready to use 3rd party free programs, if there is some. I have 24Gb of duplicates, after migration to Exchange online. Its posiible to export all mailbox 48Gb to pst file, and then import using checkbox without duplicates?.And do I need licence for group mailbox?
- Cause when i check users, mailbox shown as Unlicenced, And it does not works:/ Hope i have explained everything understandable. Hi armands, about your first question, as there is no feature that can remove the duplicate emails (items) when importing.pst files in outlook 2016 for mac, i suggest you submit feedback to our related team about this via:. For your second question, i’d like to confirm whether the “group mailbox” is a shared mailbox. If yes, to receive emails from a shared mailbox, you should have full access to it. And then you can add the shared mailbox in owa. Please refer to this article to add the shared mailbox in owa. After adding it, it also can map to your outlook client. If you only want to receive emails from a group, i suggest you create a distribution group, and then set your accounts and other accounts to the members.
For more detailed information, please click the following link: if you still have any questions about the shared mailbox or distribution group, i recommend you post a new post on our forum. We will focus on the new thread to provide detailed assistance for you. Thanks, gary.
I am using Outlook for Mac on a Office 365 subscription and have a Google for Business email account. I have configured it in IMAP and have set up several rules to move emails to respective folders. I am facing the below problem a) Emails which undergo rules are getting duplicated once they are moved to the folder I have done and checked the below a) Verified each and every rule to ensure there is no overlap in the condition b) Have selected the checkbox 'Do not apply other rules to messages that meet this condition' I used to use POP earlier and it used to be absolutely fine. Thank you all in advance! Regards, Suraj Sreenath.
Rules work fine for me with IMAP. I would NEVER want to go back to POP, and that could especially be problematic if you check emails from more than one location. I would double check that the rule is not st o copy the messages instead of moving them. Also, moving from an IMAP folder to an On My Computer folder can't really work as such.
IMAP folders are a mirror of what's on the server and are not truly hosted on your Mac. Therefore, you can't move them from IMAP to On My Computer.
It's more of a 'copy then delete the original' sort of action. Are the messages being moved within the same IMAP account? Corentin — MVPs do.not. work for MS Les MVP ne.travaillent pas. pour MS.
